SlotWise Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of Nogatech IT Solutions LLC, a Hawaii-based company that provides event and appointment scheduling software. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you use our website and services.

We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, scheduling details (including appointment date/time), account details, and technical usage information needed to provide the platform.
How we use it
We use your information to operate and secure the service, process bookings, send appointment confirmations/reminders/reschedule/cancellation notices, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS messaging and mobile data
We may collect your mobile phone number when you schedule or manage an appointment. We use your phone number to send transactional, service-related messages related to your appointments (confirmations, reminders, reschedules/cancellations) and support messages you request.
SMS Privacy Notice: SlotWise Pro does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling/cancellation notices, and service-related communications requested by the user. We may engage service providers (such as messaging or telephony providers) solely to operate and deliver the service — these providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing, security, and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver hosting, messaging, telephony, and payment services. We use safeguards such as TLS in transit and encryption at rest where applicable.
