These Terms of Use govern your use of SlotWise Pro, a product of Nogatech IT Solutions LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for event and appointment scheduling in accordance with your subscription plan. You are responsible for your account, your data, and compliance with applicable laws (including HIPAA, FERPA, or GDPR where applicable). You must not misuse the Service or use it for illegal purposes.
Subscription and payment
Subscription terms are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Fees are as stated at signup and on our Pricing page. You may cancel in accordance with your plan; we may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
SMS Program Terms
SlotWise Pro sends transactional SMS for appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules/cancellations, and support updates you request. Message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per appointment or event.
SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms of Use or creation of a SlotWise Pro account. Consent to receive SMS is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing or using the service.
Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Permitted Use: SlotWise Pro is not a lead generation, affiliate marketing, or third-party promotional messaging service. Customers may use SlotWise Pro SMS only for transactional, service-related scheduling communications to individuals who have provided valid, explicit consent. Customers may not upload purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party-acquired phone lists, and may not use SlotWise Pro SMS for promotional blasts, affiliate marketing, or advertising unrelated to the scheduling service.
