By using SlotWise Pro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the Service
You may use the Service for event and appointment scheduling in accordance with your subscription plan. You are responsible for your account, your data, and compliance with applicable laws (including HIPAA, FERPA, or GDPR where applicable). You must not misuse the Service or use it for illegal purposes.
Subscription and payment
Subscription terms are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed. Fees are as stated at signup and on our Pricing page. You may cancel in accordance with your plan; we may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
SMS Program Terms
SlotWise Pro sends transactional SMS for appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules/cancellations, and support updates you request. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and preferences.
Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
